GENERAL DONATION REFUNDS

 

As a registered nonprofit, STEMSUP Foundation's donations are considered final. We encourage donors to carefully review the donation amount and details before completing a transaction. However, we understand that a refund may be necessary in some instances.

 

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

 

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate donation or overpayment

  • Unauthorized transaction

  • Technical or processing error

To be eligible, the request must:

  • Be made within 7 days of the transaction date

  • Include proof of the transaction (e.g., payment receipt or reference number)

  • Clearly state the reason for the refund request

Our finance team reviews all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

 

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us via email:

Subject Line: Refund Request – [Your Name / Transaction ID]

Include the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Date and Amount of Donation

  • Razorpay Transaction Reference / UPI Ref No.

  • Reason for the refund request

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund using your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

 

DONATION UTILIZATION

 

Every donation received at STEMSUP Foundation is directed toward grassroots programs that support students, educators, and communities. Even when a refund is processed, we aim to use our resources responsibly to uphold our impact goals.

 

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

 

STEMSUP Education & Environment Foundation reserves the right to revise or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our official website.
